Senior Fund Accountant:

Manage financial activities for SEAF venture capital and private equity funds. Approve accounting transactions, manage investment disbursements, coordinate with field offices on revenue collection, and render financial statements for share holders. Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, cost allocation, grant reporting and audit preparation for SEAF venture capital and private equity funds set up for the purpose of investing to private equity in emerging markets. Perform quarterly portfolio company valuation. Control local funds internally and train accountants on company accounting and network systems.

 

Requirements:

Masters Degree in Business Administration or Accounting. Experience with international accounting, SUN and Vision Accounting Software, VAT and portfolio valuation, MS Exchange and Visual Basic required (gained through education or experience).
