SEAF began its career of fund management in Europe when, in 1992, it established its first fund in Poland: CARESBAC Polska. Since then, SEAF has opened numerous fund offices throughout Central and Eastern Europe and has investmentsed investments in Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Macedonia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia and Serbia & Montenegro. SEAF’s history in Europe includes many exited investments and five retired funds.
