Gary Dodge

 

Mr. Dodge joined SEAF in 1995 as a Regional Director of the SEAF-Managed CARESBAC-Polska's office in Wroclaw, Poland. He launched the Baltics Small Equity Fund (BSEF) in Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia in 1997 and has been Fund Manager until the present time. Mr. Dodge also became Fund Manager of the SEAF Central and East European Growth Fund in February 2003. Mr. Dodge has been responsible for making 24 equity investments and 16 exits to date, including several trade sales. Mr. Dodge previously served as a Systems Engineer for IBM in Providence, RI, and as Director of Business Development of the computer distributor Incom in Wroclaw, Poland. Mr. Dodge received an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University (top 5% of the class), and a A.B. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University. He speaks English and Polish.
