Among his praise of the IFC and SEAF’s joint venture, the governor of Bangladesh’s central bank, Dr Atiur Rahman, complemented the initiative’s plan to provide Bangladeshi small and medium enterprises with strategic financial advisory services to accompany the firms risk capital investment. In a statement at the ceremony, Dr. Rahman stated, “Access to strategic financial advice is one of the biggest challenges that SMEs face and SEAF’s advisory support will surely boost their growth.”
