Branimir Gajic joined SEAF in 2015 and currently holds the position of Vice President. His core competencies include leading investment transactions and client advisory services. His responsibilities are wide in scope and range from deal origination, due diligence, valuation and generating investment documentation to investment closings, overseeing as well as adding value to portfolio company performance, and exits. Prior to joining SEAF, Branimir held the CFO position at West Group Holding Companies, a market leader in distribution and servicing activities of Iveco, GM (Opel and Chevrolet). He has held a managerial position at Deloitte in Serbia and Montenegro where he was engaged in advisory activities relating to merger and acquisitions. He previously worked as a consultant for the UK-based investment fund Ashmore Asset Management Limited and Prudential Financial. Additionally, Branimir has acted as a private consultant for the Privatization Agency of Serbia and served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Financial Advisor to BIP, the largest Serbian brewing company. Branimir holds BBA degree from Wichita State University and Master of Arts from University of Belgrade.
