Chief Financial Officer
Don Lubreski serves as SEAF’s Chief Financial Officer, providing financial oversight of the worldwide SEAF management entity and the private equity funds and other financing vehicles it manages. Prior to joining SEAF, Don was employed as the Vice President of Operations at UltraDNS, a provider of managed DNS services. In this capacity, he was responsible for the daily operations of the company. Prior to joining UltraDNS, Don spent over four years as the Corporate Controller for Critical Path Inc., a publicly traded Internet infrastructure company. Don was instrumental in assisting in the growth of the company’s annual revenues to over $200 million, managing employee growth to over eight hundred, and in leading the company to its successful IPO in March 1999. Don also managed the integration of the accounting, human resource, and financial operations of seven acquisition companies after the IPO. Prior to Critical Path, Don served as divisional Vice President of Finance for Newspage Inc., a publicly traded Internet company. Don also spent multiple years in Warsaw, Poland where he was employed by Coopers and Lybrand and TKG, a private venture backed real estate development company. He began his business career as an auditor in New York with Deloitte and Touche. Don received a BS with a concentration in Accounting and Management Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University in Pennsylvania and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Rutgers Graduate School of Management in New Jersey.
