Based in Singapore, Jennifer leads SEAF’s global women’s economic empowerment and gender equality investments, programs which link closely with the firm’s initiatives supporting accessible high-quality low-cost healthcare and education in underserved markets. Prior to joining SEAF, Jennifer spent 20 years in senior positions in private equity building and expanding small and mid-sized businesses, 10+ years of which in leadership roles with GE Capital in Europe and Asia. Her expertise spans strategic & operational planning, financial & risk management, leadership & organisation design, salesforce effectiveness and M&A execution & integration. Jennifer received her MSc in International Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics. She also holds a LLM (Hons) and LLB (Hons) from the University of Canterbury.
