Pierre Ferrari has 35 years of business experience ranging from large consumer package goods organization such as Coca-Cola (Senior VP, Coca-Cola USA) to smaller businesses. His career is best characterized as having successfully introduced a wide variety of products, marketing and financial approaches that have changed business practices and created value for shareholders. From 1994 on, he focused his energies on a variety of social issues, serving as the special assistant to the president of CARE. He is a leader in Conscientious Commerce practices through engagement in governance in positions such as Director of Ben and Jerry’s, Director of SEAF and chair of the Advisory Council for The Emory Center for Ethics. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Heifer Project International, a global non-profit leader of sustainable agricultural development for small holder farmers. Mr. Ferrari holds a Masters degree in Economics from The University of Cambridge and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
