Tom Monaco

ExCo Vice Chair for Americas & Asia

Tom is a Board of Directors member and an Executive Committee Vice Chair responsible for Asia and the Americas businesses. He is also a Lecturer at the University at Albany, SUNY. Prior to SEAF, Tom was a hedge fund manager with Nighthawk Capital in Hong Kong, and Morgan Stanley’s FrontPoint in New York. In addition, Tom has been a ranked sell-side analyst and Director of Research in the US and Asia, and a bank regulator within the Federal Reserve System. He holds degrees from both Fordham University and Johns Hopkins University.
